Probate law processes and procedures in Missouri nearly always require representation by an attorney. The probate courts have received a bad rap among the general public, however. As a probate lawyer, I try to dispel the myths about the process and explain what likely outcomes will be with your inheritance. I practice chiefly in St. Louis County (the busiest probate court in the State of Missouri), St. Louis City, St. Charles County and Jefferson County.

“Probate court is avoided by simply having a will or trust.”
